Our Principal

Sher Murata - has been a California Real Estate Broker since 1992, and been in the real estate industry since 1982.  She was a partner of Brokers West, Inc. a real estate investment and mortgage brokerage firm based in Costa Mesa, California.

Sher moved to the San Fernando Valley and worked for Coldwell Banker and Pinnacle Estate Properties where she learned residential real estate sales and sold bank-owned properties. 

In 1997, Sher contacted Freddie Mac and was instrumental in setting up the first Realtor certified training program in Loss Mitigation for twenty Realtors across the nation.  The program enabled Freddie Mac to advise their borrowers who were in default to call, one of the twenty certified brokers to help them negotiate their loans with Freddie Mac.

Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and HUD have worked with Sher to mitigate their losses with their borrowers from 1997.  Sher also teamed up with these organizations to promote First Time Homebuyer Programs. Avoiding Foreclosure Seminars and Senior Issues Workshops, and has been a speaker or a panelist for each organization.

Sher worked on the Fannie Mae Home Choice Committee in 1996 and 1997, bringing homeownership for people with disabilities.  In 1997, she worked with HUD on the Oakland Homeownership Summit, and Homeownership Opportunities of Women.

Sher was the Southland Regional Association of Realtors Housing Chairman and was instrumental in creating a Senior Symposium Workshop for Seniors and Realtors.  She was the chairman of the S.R.A.R Avoiding Foreclosure Seminars in 2007 and 2008.

Sher owns We Sell Homes, Inc. a real estate company specializing in residential and commercial real estate sales.  Loans ‘n Motion is a loan processing and a loan restructuring company, which is currently modifying distressed homeowners loans.

Sher has been through most of the unusual and devastating times in the real estate and mortgage industry, and has learned to survive by capitalizing on creating a market in a down industry.  In the early and mid-80’s when lending was impossible or the interest rates were at 18%, she adjusted her strategy and did seller financed sales.  Or when the residential market was depressed she learned commercial real estate sales and leasing, or knocked on the doors the builders couldn’t get through to and listed and sold acreage to the builders.  When the earthquake hit Northridge in 1994, Sher had not sold residential homes, she came to the Valley to sell Commercial properties, but the devastation of the 1994 Northridge earthquake changed her plans and she quickly learned to market herself and listed and sold bank-owned properties.

She keeps herself educated, informed, well-connected and has learned to take advantage of all the beneficial opportunities.
